March 8th – International World Womens Day

Having women work in male dominated workplaces were already a reality then. War and economic constraints made the integration of women necessary and played a decisive role for emancipation. Today International Women's Day is an institution. Called into existence as a proletarian movement today used in many countries to bring awareness to the discrimination of fellow foreign female citizens to protect same-sex relations and to promote the international approximation of women's rights just to name a few.
